For the others who made the wise decision to send us the fruit of their labors on time, be wary that we have to listen to a lot of tracks and that the first round of listening sessions will end around the middle of July. If at that time the jury decides not to choose you, you will be advised of so around that date. So basically no news is good news. A second round, even more difficult than the first, will take place from the middle of July to the beginning of August. Applicants making it to the second round will only receive the final response then. The jury, made up of well-known figures from the Montréal music scene (media, musicians, Pop staff and various music geeks) considers every artist equally and aspires to be as impartial as humanly possible. Everyone will get a response to their submission in due time. Good luck!
