Where do I pick up my festival pass?

If you are an artist, a delegate, an Industry Passholder, of a Pop Passholder, all passes can be retrieved at our Registration headquarters at the Notman House (51 Sherbrooke West).  Registration hours are 11:00 - 19:00, Wednesday September 31 until Saturday October 4.

I am an artist/delegate/have bought an industry pass — and I haven't heard from POP yet! What do I do?

If you are an artist and you have your username and password and haven't registered yet, what are you waiting for?  If you haven't received your registration information yet, please contact maud@popmontreal.com immediately.

If you have purchased a Super Pass and have yet to receive any information regarding the RSVP system, please contact aaron@popmontreal.com immediately.

If you have been invited to the festival to be a delegate and haven't a clue about what's in store for you, fret not, but contact melanie@popmontreal.com immediately!

What shows can I see with my Artist Pass or my Pop Pass?

You can discover the up-and-coming artists that are perhaps still under the radar. You can potentially get in anywhere as long as the show isn't at capacity. Be prepared to bounce if the room is full. There are no RSVP or guest list options  but you can still catch a lot of great programming.

What shows can I see with my Industry pass, my Media pass or my VIP pass?

You can and should attend all the shows for which you've RSVPed.  All other shows to which you haven't RSVPed will be open as long as they aren't at capacity.

Who are all those lovely people at the doors of the shows?

Our festival runs on the energy of a few paid staff and an astronomical number of volunteer hands. We're all in this for the love, so let's all be kind to one another!

Can I rent a bike for the festival?

Yes you can! Find out more here!
