Artist submitted materials:

    POP Montreal, and its designed affiliates may use any and all artist materials submitted in applications, including, but not limited to, sound recordings, name and likenesses etc.  in connection with the promotion of the POP Montreal festival and  the POP Montreal website.  Pop Montreal will listen to a minimum of two tracks that are submitted by each artist.

     Any commercial, non-promotional uses  which are not associated with POP Montreal shall be subject to  separate agreement.

     Artists warrant that they control the legal rights to any and all materials and intellectual property submitted to POP Montreal and further agree to indemnify POP Montreal and its partners from any and all claims, actions, proceeding costs, expenses and damages which may arise as a result of the artist's submission.

     POP Montreal shall not disseminate personal information about the artists, other than personal information which such artists  provide on a voluntary basis for public use.

    Artist personal information, which is provided to POP Montreal will not be sold or otherwise made available to  third parties for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the artist.
