Canada has been involved in, arguably, a disproportionate amount of the most interesting 20th and 21st century music. Panelists discuss the potential Canada may afford for a radically creative musical culture; asking what music in Canada is (canon, infrastructure, tendencies) and what could be introduced, embraced and challenged.
