This year, Kids POP is one big free show called the Purple Dance Party, and it's being hosted by the delightful Montreal performer Dishwasher (Martin Cesar from Think About Life), and features Socalled and performances by numéro#, and P-Star, a 13 year-old rapper. There are dj's playing as well (DL Jones and DJ SHAYDAkiss), a chance for kids to bring in their instruments and jam, and a live karaoke band to let their inner-idols come out.

Our event has also been featured on TV! Check out this link!

Dynamic and engaging, this demo brings to life items that were previously thought of as junk (such as pots and pans or car parts). By drumming on “junk,” this demo aims to reconceptualize the participant’s relationship to perfected performance and the democratic nature of artistic expression.
