“Last year I traded and got a 1980's rackmount echo!” - Rory Seydel

FABULOUS IN-STORE PERFORMANCES ON SATURDAY!

CKUT Circuit Workshop Ensemble performance @ 2PM SATURDAY

Performance by Dearling Physique (Minneapolis)  @ 6pm

About Dearling Physique's Impressions of the Night tour: The stage set is made to resemble a "digital forest."  At the center of the forest is a bold white pyramid that measures roughly five feet tall and four feet wide. It's presence represents that of a creature whom communicates it's impressions of it's surroundings through flashes of light and sound. Adding to the ambiance are "digital bushes," softly accented by green string lighting. Additionally, there'll be projected, planned and somewhat abstract imagery on the walls and/or ceiling with a homemade projection machine cast through a mysterious haze. Dearling Physique are from Minneapolis and have played here and there. They make at times wonderful, at times frightening electronic music; always with an emphasis on performance, most recently having played with Bat For Lashes.
