Marlene Hale

Marlene Hale is a Wet’suwet’en elder, activist, chef, and educator. Born at the foot of the Hudson Bay Mountains in Smithers, BC, she has lived in Tio’tia:ke (Montréal) since 2012. She is bringing attention to the Wet’suwet’en fight for sovereignty.
