Tommy Ting is a gamemaker, artist and researcher. His work explores queer culture, desire and intimacy through video games, architecture and dance. Ting completed an MFA in Digital Futures from OCAD University in Toronto where he researched queer video game design. He was an Associate at Open School East in London, UK from 2013-2014 and holds a BA in Photography from the London College of Communication. Recent exhibitions and presentations include Nuit Rose, Queerness and Games Con, ReFiG and Nanaimo Art Gallery. Ting’s writing has been published by First Person Scholar. Upcoming exhibitions include //Cruising Pavilion// at ArkDes, Stockholm. Ting lives and works in Toronto.
