More recently, he has expanded into the realm of 3D, immersive & experiential sound & music for video-games, VR & AR, & installations. Albums mixed by James include Purity Ring’s Lofticries, The Posterz's Junga, Mozart’s Sister’s Being, CFCF's Outside, & Pelada’s debut LP. James has served as host and mixer of the Live From Breakglass series, mixing live albums for Stars, Plants & Animals, Bombino, Barr Brothers, Little Scream, & Moonface, as well as a whole series of Breakglass X KEXP live sessions during the 2017 edition of POP Montreal.
