Jeff Waye is a 30 year + music business lifer. Currently A&R / Owner of independent/international music publisher Third Side Music. Previous stints as label manager for Ninja Tune Records, buyer at Cargo Records, show booker, record retail and all other manner of general music nerdery.

Ilichna Morasky is a visual artist, graphic designer and musician living and working in Montreal. Her 7 years of experience in maintaining and creating visual brands in environments ranging from large companies to freelancing for food & beverage startups to designing merch items for musicians like Feist, the National, and Leon Bridges. With a strong passion for both music and visual branding, Ilichna is well poised to share her knowledge and experience to help your project find its visual identity. Rory Seydel is a Montreal-based music technologist and Creative Strategist his work focuses on product marketing, music, brand, video, technology, A.I, design, writing and digital marketing. He has been featured in Pitchfork, Fact, Billboard, Product Hunt, Wallpaper, Vice, SF Chronical, Forbes, Tech Crunch, Fastco, The New York Times, Music Radar and more. Current and past clients include: LANDR, Lambert & Fils, Drawn & Quarterly and Pop Montreal International Music Festival. He is a regular mentor at Stanford University.

Colin MacKenzie is the Artist & Special Projects Manager @ Envision Management and Production. Music Industry Dreamweaver: Colin has over twenty years of experience working with and for musicians: manager, label owner, tour coordinator, booking agent, festival coordinator, and grant writer... friend.Colin founded Halifax's 7" label Cinnamon Toast Records, managed Sloan's Murderecord and founded Perimeter Entertainment with business partner/entertainment lawyer Chip Sutherland. Colin managed the careers of the group JALE, The Superfriendz, Thrush Hermit and Neko Case and continues to manage Jazz drummer Jerry Granelli. Colin has sat on the board of directors for artist run centers and the East Coast Music Awards and been a jury member for The JUNO Awards and for FACTOR.
