Matt (he/him) works as part of the team at End of the Road Festival running the label and artist management arms of the business, as well contributing to creative aspects of the festival. Prior to that Matt worked at Rough Trade Publishing as A&R and Creative Director working with artists including Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Bill Callahan, Future Islands, Alvvays, The War on Drugs, Grizzly Bear, Beirut and Black Mountain amongst others.
