Yunie Mojica

Yunie Mojica is a multi-faceted arts administrator, producer, podcaster, saxophonist, vocalist and Grammy-nominated composer.  Having a variety of experience wearing many hats, Mojica has worked with a wide array artists and organizations across genres and disciplines, such as filmmaker Spike Lee, comedian Denis Leary, the DIVA Jazz Orchestra, DJ AceMo, and arts organizations such as Jazz at Lincoln Center and Harlem Stage to name a few. With a strong foundation in Jazz, Mojica holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music Management and Jazz Studies from the University of Hartford and Jackie McLean Institute.  Currently, Yunie Mojica is Programming and Partnerships at SummerStage and Charlie Parker Jazz Festival, co-host of the podcast, “Make Jazz Trill Again” with Melanie Charles, and holds a residency at the Brooklyn, NY venue Public Records with the collective known as Sonic Messengers.
