Le Port de l'Inde is a Montreal company founded by a mother-son duo, specializing in the manufacture of artisanal curry pastes inspired by Indian cuisine. Developed by chef Corrine Deane after more than 25 years of experience, the recipes are made from local and organic ingredients when possible, to make Indian cuisine accessible, tasty and rooted in the local terroir, while respecting the richness of traditions.
