Luxe by Celly is a skincare brand based in Québec, delivering handmade luxury across Canada. Every butter, oil, and scrub is crafted by founder Celine M.—not in a lab, but with love, intention, and a deep appreciation skin. What started as a personal recipe turned into a whole glow movement. Friends told friends, orders grew, and eventually I built this website to keep up. Now Luxe by Celly is my baby. Every product is handmade by me, with love, care, and ingredients that actually do what they say.
