Nestled between sea and mountain, it is in Gaspésie that I raise my hardworking bees. Foraged in a terroir rich in floral diversity, the raw honey is cold-extracted, artisanal and in small batches. From the field to the processing kitchen, through branding, distribution and market presence, I am at the heart of all stages of production, alone on my ship, face in the wind and light heart!
