Audrey Levasseur-Ruel

Audrey Levasseur-Ruel is a young ceramist based in Montreal. A graduate of the craft technique program at the Centre de céramique Bonsecours, she develops, through traditional throwing and hand-building techniques, a formal, utilitarian, but also artistic approach to the ceramic medium. Exploring gestures and an iconography specific to that of the child, her collection is part of a desire to offer, for adults and children alike, sensitive, colorful, but above all playful objects.
