Batiscan was born from a desire to revalue wood by giving it a second life. Each object shaped from recovered materials is transformed into a unique creation, made with passion and simplicity. The name Batiscan is inspired by the river that flows in front of the family cottage, where it all began and where the project continues to grow in the peaceful nature of Mauricie. Each piece signed Batiscan is made with love, passion for wood and concern for recovery. It is a project that values transformation, creativity and the beauty of forgotten materials, while remaining faithful to a simple, authentic and sustainable approach.
