Dani Oliva

Dani Oliva is a music lawyer with 20+ years of experience in entertainment business development. Dani provides legal services, consultation and advice in the areas of music, business, intellectual property, visas, and right of publicity for music entertainers, creative professionals and music companies. Dani’s clients range from GRAMMY Award winners, Billboard Hot 100 #1 Charting Songwriters to music merchandising companies. Dani is the first openly transgender person to have an executive role at a major music company and currently runs his own practice entitled Oliva Law Group, P.C. Some of the projects that Dani has worked on include: Ariana Grande’s “Positions”, Keke Palmer’s “Just Keke”, Kaytranada and Amine’s KAYTRAMINE to name a few. Dani also owns a music label and management company entitled Errant Records and Management.
