Esprit de la Nature

Olfactory artist, first trained in herbalism, I combine my skills as a herbalist with my passion for perfumes and nature in my business “Esprit de la Nature”. As an herbalist, with in-depth knowledge of the history and ritual and cultural uses of perfumes, I create real and imaginary olfactory landscapes; the coniferous forest of the North, a rose garden or an ancient protective ritual, a monastery resounding with songs. My incense, perfume and body care products are primarily created for pleasure, but I always have in mind the physical, emotional and metaphysical effects of their aromas.
I harvest and make extractions, for my products, from plants in my gardens or in the forest where I live, off-grid, eight months of the year. I also use ingredients of the highest quality and responsibly sourced. Using ingredients from the boreal forest of Quebec, combined with traditional perfumery ingredients, I create scented tools for pleasure, rituals and well-being.
