My ceramics are inspired by my experience in the worlds of jazz and cooking. As a former chef, I appreciate simple, well-made dishes that can be enjoyed daily. I bring this idea to my pottery, hoping that my plates, cups and bowls become part of your daily rituals, adding a touch of art to the simple act of eating. My time as a jazz musician also shapes my approach to pottery. Just like learning to play an instrument, creating pottery requires practice and marked attention to detail. I like to make many pieces at once and discover new forms with each batch. My goal is to create unique and functional pieces that bring joy and beauty to your daily life.
