Louie Sanchez is the solo project of Eirene Cloma, a Toronto-based musician and member of the kulintang ensemble Pantayo. Inspired by harana (a Filipino courtship tradition of serenading) and country folk, Louie narrates stories of labor, loss, and longing through their experiences as a masculine working-class Filipino-Canadian.
