Melissa Pipe

Melissa Pipe is a Montreal saxophonist, bassoonist and composer who oversees the audiovisual archives of the Marvin Duchow Music Library at McGill University. Her role at McGill involves the preservation and stewardship of the audiovisual collections and contributing to the library’s exhibitions and outreach initiatives. She was for many years a volunteer at the Musée des ondes Emile Berliner, and remains a passionate advocate of cultural preservation and community-driven archival projects.
