Miel Ceramics

I create ceramics using traditional hand-building techniques, which allow me to slow down and fully enjoy the process. I love that hand-building allows each piece to feel alive, with tiny differences that make it special and personal. I think of my style as colourful and a little funky. I love mixing playful shades with natural tones to keep things lively but down to earth. I focus on functional pottery because I love the idea of my pieces being used in everyday life and becoming part of someone else's story. For me, the joy comes from knowing my pottery is out in the world, being used, loved, and shared.
