Monsieurmadam

My name is Al Haytame Farsane, also known as Monsieurmadam. I’m a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, and producer based in Montreal. My musical world explores the intersections of underground dance culture, diasporic identity, and sonic experimentation. Fusing bass-heavy rhythms with ethereal textures, I aim to create immersive, boundary-pushing experiences that tell a story. Whether in the studio or on stage, my sets invite listeners to confront, celebrate, and reimagine their emotional landscapes.

For this festival, I’m preparing a hybrid live/DJ performance. A 30-45 minute set made entirely of original music. Alongside the music, I’m also developing a short interactive film to accompany the show. My goal is to create a fully immersive experience where live sound, DJ elements, and interactive visuals come together to take the audience on a deeply sensory audiovisual journey. This performance reflects my broader artistic vision: to build bold, expressive spaces where sound becomes a vehicle for connection and transformation.
