Mulu Tesfu serves as Director of Artist Relations at POP Montreal. In this capacity, Mulu has built processes/technologies to increase the accessibility of audience participation in POP Montreal’s curatorial process. Before that, Mulu served as General Manager of Café Résonance (R.I.P), an artist-run and musician-centered café/venue and Mile-End community hub. Mulu has a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, a lifelong passion for performance, and experience as a founding strategist of worklove.ai, a video-based employment marketplace startup aimed at increasing soft skill communicability in the labour market.
