Sarah Rossy: Lancement de LUCID avec Christian Sean & Naïka Champaigne

Naïka Champaïgne began her musical journey by attending the Joseph-François Perrault musical high school in Montreal, where she received classical training in clarinet and saxophone. Her passion for music intensified when she began composing original songs within the walls of this school. Soon after, she formed a band called Strange Froots with her bandmate Mags, where they create chill, alternative soul music.
Her sonic universe spans rock, folk, neo-soul, jazz, blues, R&amp;B and hip-hop, with stories and images that led to her first solo album, “Painted Imageries”. Music has always been a way for her to share, learn, live and exist fully. Her second solo album &#8221;Purple N Blue&#8221; is going to be released later this year.

Naïka Champaïgne a débuté son parcours musical en fréquentant l’école secondaire musicale Joseph-François Perrault à Montréal, où elle a reçu une formation classique en clarinette et saxophone. Sa passion pour la musique s’est intensifiée lorsqu’elle a commencé à composer des chansons originales entre les murs de cette école. Peu après, elle a formé un groupe nommé Strange Froots avec sa coéquipière Mags, où elles créent une musique soul alternative et chill.
Son univers sonore s’étend au rock, au folk, au néo-soul, au jazz, au blues, au R&amp;B et au hip-hop, avec des récits et des images qui l’ont menée à son premier album solo, « Painted Imageries ». La musique a toujours été pour elle un moyen de partager, d’apprendre, de vivre et d’exister pleinement. Son deuxième album solo &#8221;Purple N Blue&#8221; sort plus tard cette année.
