Noémie Céramique

Montreal ceramist originally from Oka, I completed my technical training at the Centre de Céramique Bonsecours de Montréal in 2023. I now teach the basics of wheel throwing to beginners at Les faiseurs and produce my own collections in a ceramic artists’ coop workshop. My creations mainly fall into the table arts and tea arts. I am inspired by the pleasure of shared meals among friends, where every food, condiment, and sauce is enhanced by the piece that suits it best. On my table, dark and soft ceramics coexist with lighter pieces adorned with abstract blues, sometimes playful. Bowls, mugs, plates, bowls, serving bottles, and vases designed to create harmoniously mismatched sets.
