Sacred Wolf Singers
The Sacred Wolf Singers are a dynamic Mi’kmaq drumming group, guided by the vision of Tee Cloud and Akawui Riquelme. Rooted in ancestral tradition yet resonating with contemporary energy, their music is a powerful expression of Indigenous pride, resilience, and spiritual connection. Their songs—many of which are original compositions by Tee Cloud—honor the Mi’kmaq language and carry the heartbeat of generations.
Since 2014, the Sacred Wolf Singers have shared their voices at powwows, gatherings, and cultural events across Mi’kma’ki, Morocco, New York City, and Toronto. Their name reflects a deep reverence for the wolf—a sacred teacher and symbol of resilience—and embodies their commitment to cultural preservation, unity, and transmission through sound.
Each performance is a ceremonial offering, a call to remembrance, and a journey into the sacred.
