Thee Soreheads

Thee Soreheads are a female-fronted punk band out of Montreal, kicking about since 2023. They make loud, fast, messy songs about the stuff that gets under their skin—bad boyfriends, toxic masculinity, and all the usual nonsense. It’s riot grrrl energy with a garage punk edge, no overthinking, just calling it like it is. They mostly sing in English, throw in some Spanish, and are keen to bring more French into the mix.

They’ve been building a name off sweaty, chaotic live shows where anything can happen. They dropped their debut EP I’m Not Your Fucking Sex Doll, put out a few demos, and opened for GrimSkunk at a sold-out MTelus. They also picked up the audience prize at Cabaret Festif along the way. Right now, they’re working on new tunes, playing as much as possible, and keeping things loud, honest, and a bit unhinged.
