YainYus is the nickname a childhood friend gave me.
After working in restaurants, particularly in pastry-making, I decided to start my own company. You can discover a range of pralines and chocolate spreads. I try to offer original products that stand out from competing brands (white chocolate spreads, Grenoble walnut pralines, use of Quebec black walnut…etc…).

Everything is handmade in Montreal.
