Art POP, POP Montreal and Espace Transmission are delighted to invite you to the exhibition opening !
On the program for the evening:
5PM – Reliefs contiguës, a performance by Pénélope and Chloë.
Duration: 25 minutes
Penelope and Chloë’s daily lives have crossed and overlapped for 10 years. One might even say they are parallel, homogeneous to the point of believing they are the same. Intrinsically linked by a sensitive vision of things, Reliefs contiguës is a sculptural and performative work that evokes the shared studio space they continue to build every day.
6PM – Entre l’instant et la durée, a performance by Marion Paquette.
Duration: 20 minutes
The project Entre l’instant et la durée takes the form of a flexible social architecture built by the involvement of four individuals. A series of straps bind them together, forming a four-walled construction. This flexible textile architecture delimits a space to be co-inhabited, and explores the interplay of tensions and flexibilities that emerge from this shared experience.
7PM – The vernissage ends with a selection of Tony Dancer records!
