Come kick off our workshop series with a presentation by the David Suzuki Foundation at 10h00 followed by a meet-and-greet and concert with award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter Patrick Watson.
Workshop 1: An introduction to the wildlife and flora of Champ des Possibles by Les Ami.es du Champ des Possibles!
Workshop 2: Painting pennants inspired from Les Ami.es du Champ des Possibles’ introductory guide to the wildlife in the area. We will then display the pennants on site for the rest of the day.
Workshop 3: Soap stone carving with professional Inuit artists, presented by Atelier Mobile (requires adult supervision).
Workshop 4: Melissa Mollen-Dupuis will read from her children’s book, Nushimit : Un bain de forêt. Addressed to all nature-lovers, this tale guides us through the Innu forest and Innu traditions which centre the natural world.
