Recap: Next Level Mentorship Program

In February 2026, POP Montreal hosted a transformative 3-day professional development program that spanned three weeks, offering a dynamic blend of mentorship, skills training and artistic growth. Bringing together a curated selection of 16 Montreal-based musicians, the program’s aim was to create a vibrant space where innovation and collaboration flourished. Over the course of the program participants engaged in immersive sessions designed to elevate their practice.

Guided by experienced mentors, the artists took part in critical discussions and practical workshops, fostering the exchange of ideas and skills. The program thus acts as an inspiring platform for participants to expand their networks and reimagine the possibilities of their work in the contemporary music landscape.
