Eleanor first immersed herself in the Dublin music scene promoting acoustic nights &amp; booking national tours for Irish artists. Soon thereafter advancing to promoter &amp; booker for POD Concerts which included booker for Electric Picnic among other festivals. Finally joining Pitch &amp; Smith in 2011 helping to develop their roster and strategy across Europe before setting up PlayBook Artists in 2021. She recently joined Earth Agency in 2025 and her current roster includes Arooj Aftab, Andy Shauf, Beverly Glenn Copeland, Leith Ross, múm among others.

Eleanor s&#8217;est d&#8217;abord plongée dans la scène musicale de Dublin en organisant des soirées acoustiques et en programmant des tournées nationales pour des artistes irlandais.
