Avanaa Chocolat
Avanaa Chocolat is an artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate factory founded by Catherine Goulet, a geologist who, after falling under the spell of cocoa, decided to make chocolate her new adventure. Driven by values of respect, mutual aid and artisanal know-how, Catherine created a company where each bar tells a love story for chocolate.
We use organic cocoa beans, carefully cultivated by fairly paid farmers, in the heart of jungles teeming with biodiversity. From the manual selection of the beans to the packaging of the tablets, everything is done by hand, right here in Montreal.
Our team of enthusiasts puts all its know-how and greed at the service of quality. Every bite of our chocolates is a testament to the care and love we put into them, from start to finish.
