Le Mélèze – Gâteau aux fruits celebrates its 10th anniversary this year! 10 years of being a well-kept secret and leaving no one indifferent. The cakes are made according to the traditions of our ancestors. Garnished with nuts and dried fruits rehydrated in rum syrup. Each cake is then wrapped in cheesecloth, soaked in brandy and vacuum sealed for aging varying from one to five years. Each cake is packaged, ribboned, dated and numbered by batch and by cake before being set with its emblematic blue wax seal bearing the image of the Larch.
