Gabrielle and Tancredi are two epicureans for whom healthy eating is a source of happiness. Food provenance and quality are at the forefront of their daily food choices.
Respectively a creative strategist and a musician, they founded Val di Noto in 2023 after forming an alliance with a group of artisanal producers in Sicily’s Noto Valley, where Tancredi’s family lives and operates a masseria didattica (educational farm). Their mission is to share Sicily’s olive-growing heritage with the world by offering authentic extra-virgin olive oil of the highest quality direct to consumers in Montreal and Quebec.
Val di Noto extra virgin olive oil is not only a guarantee of quality with an I.G.P. certified product from the Sicilian geographical area, but also a love story with its arid yet gentle terroir.
